SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days following your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation along with an invoice receipt shortly after your order is placed. Please note that orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping within Israel
Once processed, orders shipped within Israel will generally arrive within 7-10 business days. For faster delivery, we offer express shipping, which takes approximately 3 business days. Shipping options are as follows:

Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number.
International Shipping
Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout and do not include duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary based on the destination.
Customs and Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other duties that may apply to their orders. Please note that these fees are not calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Responsibility
We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped and delivered promptly. However, we cannot be held responsible for shipping and delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. It is crucial that you verify your shipping address before completing your order, as we are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Reporting Issues
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot accept reports of defects or incorrect items after this timeframe. Each case will be reviewed individually, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your Kim Palgi purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your charm, we’re here to help!
Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. To qualify, returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Any items not meeting these criteria or missing proof of purchase may be rejected. Please note that items on sale, personalized pieces, and certain types of jewelry are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization restrictions.
Initiating a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@kimpalgi.com within the 14-day return window, providing your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with return instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please use a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Once processed, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping, handling fees, and customs/duties are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to reject items that show signs of wear or do not meet our return requirements.
Broken Charm Policy
If a charm breaks or falls apart under reasonable use, you may return it for a replacement within 30 days of receiving it.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will not accept complaints or return requests after this time frame. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges; you may return eligible items for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
